Shipping Information

We are delighted to ship our products worldwide (excluding some remote areas and parts of Asia). Please see below for our shipping timelines and options.

Order Processing: All orders are lovingly prepared and packed at our Aberdeen workshop within 1-2 business days after payment is confirmed.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Timelines:

  • Standard Shipping: Shipped via DHL or FedEx.
    • Cost: £12.95
    • Estimated Delivery: 10-15 business days after dispatch.
  • Free Shipping: Available on orders over £50, shipped via EMS.
    • Cost: Free
    • Estimated Delivery: 15-25 business days after dispatch.

You will receive a tracking number via email once your order is on its way to you, so you can follow its journey to your doorstep.

Our Hassle-Free Returns & Exchanges Promise

We want you to be utterly delighted with your handcrafted decorations. If something isn’t quite right, we offer a returns and exchanges policy for most items within 15 days of you receiving your order.

Please Note: Due to their personalised and intimate nature, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for customised products. This includes, but is not limited to, engraved candles or Christmas cards with specific names, dates, or custom messages. These items are made uniquely for you, which makes them exempt from standard returns unless they arrive damaged or defective.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Follow these simple steps to start your return or exchange:

  1. Contact Us: Within 15 days of receipt, please email our friendly customer care team at [email protected] with your order number and details about the item you wish to return or exchange.
  2. Wait for Instructions: We will email you within 2 business days with a Returns Authorisation number and precise shipping instructions. Please do not send your return without this number.
  3. Pack and Ship: Securely pack the item(s) in their original packaging. Include a copy of your order confirmation and clearly write the Returns Authorisation number on the outside of the box. Ship the package to our workshop at:

    Important: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We highly recommend using a tracked shipping service for your peace of mind.

Refunds & Exchanges

Refund Timelines: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your request promptly.

  • Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days of us receiving the return.

Refund Methods: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal). Please allow additional time for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider’s processing times.

For Exchanges: We will ship the new item to you as soon as we have processed the return. Standard or free shipping charges will apply for the new shipment.

Please Note: The original cost of standard shipping is non-refundable. For orders that qualified for free shipping, the value of the standard shipping fee (£12.95) will be deducted from your refund to cover our initial shipping costs.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately at [email protected]. We will apologise profusely, arrange a free return, and send a replacement out to you as quickly as possible at no extra cost.
